Journey to the lush, mountainous region of Tolima with our Colombia Single Origin. This medium roast reveals a balanced profile with medium acidity, a rounded body, and layered notes of dark chocolate, mango, and peach.

Sourced from Cafe del Macizo, a cooperative of 59 dedicated farmers in the Cordillera Central mountains, this ethically sourced, specialty-grade coffee is grown at elevations of 1,500 to 2,100 meters. The varietals—Caturra, Castillo, and Typica—are fully washed and sun-dried to preserve the purity and complexity of the cup.

Designated as EP (European Preparation) grade, this coffee meets strict sorting standards to ensure exceptional quality with every roast.
